From 3pm you can check-in. If you arrive earlier, we can store your suitcases at the reception.
What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later under a surcharge depending on the departure time.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not host any type of pet in our hotel.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking with a supplement of € 21 / day, depending on availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the hours of the water zone?
You can relax in our relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and pool, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (adults only after 7:00 p.m.).
What are the entry conditions to the water zone?
Admission is 12€ per person and hour and 6€ per child. Go to reception to reserve in advance.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 1 year old and children from 2 to 12 years old will be considered. From 13 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
Can I store my bike or ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski by paying a deposit that will be returned at the end, during the summer we have a locked room where you can store your bike.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
